About the RoleAs an affirm RN, you’ll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in the comfort of their homes. Unlike facility‑based settings, you’ll have the ability to focus entirely on your patient while delivering personalized, compassionate care that makes a lasting impact.

- Active Connecticut RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care or home care preferred but open to other experiences as well)
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
