We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Charge to join our dynamic team at Autumn Lake Healthcare  an RN Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high‑quality patient care, ensuring efficient nursing operations, and promoting a positive work environment.

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that all clinical tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner
• Manage and coordinate the care of a diverse patient population, including long‑term care and rehabilitation patients
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care possible
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
