Job Summary:

The organization is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in Norwalk, Connecticut. This role involves scheduled inductions, repeat Cesarean sections, non-stress tests, triage, infant care, and providing one-on-one RN care for procedures such as epidural placements and Magnesium Sulfate administration. There is potential for float coverage to maternity units to support clinical needs.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  Connecticut RN license, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Advanced, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) certification through NCC within one year of the start date, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, 2 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  C-EFM certification, NICU experience
• Additional Information:
  The position entails scheduled inductions, non-stress tests, triage, infant care, and 1:1 RN support for epidural placements and Magnesium Sulfate administration. Float may be required to maternity units to cover staffing needs.
