Brightview Senior Living is seeking an RN Delegating Nurse to support the health and wellness of residents in our senior living community. You will oversee clinical care, delegate tasks to medication technicians and caregivers, and ensure compliance with state regulations. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication management oversight, training and coaching team members, and collaborating with families and providers. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing health evaluations for residents in assisted living, independent living, and memory care.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care and service plans based on resident needs and goals.
  • Delegate nursing and care tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff in accordance with state delegating nurse regulations.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate caregivers to ensure competence in delegated tasks and adherence to care standards.
  • Oversee medication management, including administration oversight, documentation review, and monitoring for side effects or medication-related issues.
  • Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions, coordinate follow-up with physicians and other healthcare providers, and communicate updates to families.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Lead or support infection control, fall prevention, and resident safety initiatives throughout the community.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts, audits, and care conferences to enhance resident outcomes and service quality.
  • Provide health education and wellness guidance to residents, families, and staff, supporting chronic disease management and preventive care.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and role model, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence in senior care.
