**** position summary:
** this position is responsible for proper cleaning, routine maintenance, storage and staffing of golf cars for daily use and special events.
** primary duties and responsibilities****:
** includes but not limited to:
* delivers and receives golf bags, cleans and maintains patron clubs and equipments and assists with loading and unloading of golf bags
* maintains a clean and organized bag room
** secondary duties and responsibilities:
*** assists with delivering driving range equipment, as needed
* assists with other related duties, as needed
** minimum education and qualifications:
*** high school diploma or equivalent
* must have a working knowledge of golf operations
* must be physically able to lift, carry and deliver golf bags and driving range equipment in a timely fashion
* must possess a valid driver’s license
** competencies:
** incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
* good written and verbal communication skills
* strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
** training requirements:
*** knowledge of mohegan sun corporate and department policies and procedures
* working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the game of golf
** physical demands and work environment:
*** must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
* must be able to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time
* must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
