Job Title: Associate Scientist – Product Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Scientist with 2–3 years of experience to support product and analytical development in a biologics environment. The candidate will perform analytical assays, generate data, and support characterisation activities for drug development programs.

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical assays for product and formulation development.
• Execute and troubleshoot chromatography-based methods.
• Conduct biophysical characterisation of biologic molecules.
• Analyse experimental data and prepare technical reports.
• Support formulation and process development through analytical insights.
• Maintain accurate documentation as per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, process, and analytical groups.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as chromatography (HPLC/UPLC) and biophysical characterisation.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.
