Senior Manager, Research & Insights

Senior Market Research Manager — Hybrid; 2 days/week in office (Mon/Weds); CT Based. Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base + discretionary bonus.

• Lead complex qualitative + quantitative research end-to-end (design, execution, analysis, storytelling)
• Partner directly with senior client stakeholders to shape research objectives and recommendations
• Translate insights into clear, actionable business guidance
• Manage multiple projects at once across different clients and work streams
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and consultants
• Support account growth and long-term client relationships

• 5+ years of direct primary market research experience (agency/consulting preferred)
• Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Comfortable advising senior leaders and presenting insights
• Able to juggle multiple projects in parallel
• Curious, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented
• Pharma / healthcare experience a plus, not required
• Qual moderation experience is a strong plus
