Ring's End, Inc., located in Norwalk, CT, is hiring a full-time Paint Sales Associate to help our retail team keep paint stocked and operations running smoothly. The role involves direct and indirect customer service, maintaining inventory, checking shipments, and preparing the store for opening and closing.

• Ensure smooth retail operations through the movement of store merchandise from point-of-order to point-of-customer receipt.
• Provide direct and indirect service to customers.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and quality condition.
• Keep accurate records and files.
• Prepare the store for opening and closing, keeping items in good condition.
• Guide and support other workers as needed.

• Flexible and adaptable to changes that may affect the position.
• Ability to quickly count and use simple addition.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting 100 lbs. and standing all day.
• Ability to use current technology and learn new programs.
• Deliver merchandise to customer homes and job sites.
• Have a clean driving record.
