The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate is a front‑line team member responsible for delivering a world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract Pandora fans.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• When required, stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule and availability of at least 20 hours per week (up to 30 hours during peak weeks).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and critical shifts.

Salary: $16.94 – $20.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
