Cashier/Retail Sales Associate

The Cashier / Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while processing transactions quickly and accurately. This role supports daily store operations including operating the POS register, stocking merchandise, maintaining clean store areas, and assisting customers.

Key responsibilities include providing friendly and efficient customer service, processing transactions using a computerized POS system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments accurately, maintaining clean and well‑stocked retail and beverage areas, stocking shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays, following company procedures for food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in food service areas, and supporting team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required qualifications include previous experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or Customer Service Representative preferred, strong communication and customer service skills, basic math and cash handling ability, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced retail or convenience store environment.

Work environment and physical requirements include part‑time positions with opportunity to grow, in‑person role, shifts include early morning, midday, night and overnight. Weekends and holidays, ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift, ability to lift 3550 pounds, frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
