Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a high-end department store setting. • Engage customers on the sales floor to assess needs and recommend appropriate beauty products and routines.
• Perform product demonstrations, applications, and sampling to educate customers and drive purchases.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals and support promotional events and launches.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock displays, and ensure product availability.
• Process sales transactions, handle returns or exchanges, and follow store policies for cash handling and inventory.

• Strong customer service and sales skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare retail preferred.
• Knowledge of makeup and skincare products and ability to demonstrate application techniques.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
