Summary
As a Sales Associate, Flex you will provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor, support selling activities, and help maintain store standards. This flexible role requires adaptability to variable schedules and a focus on delivering a curated shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge and styling recommendations.
- Drive sales through personalized service and suggestive selling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized.
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light physical tasks.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
