Summary
The Client Specialist for Mens provides personalized, high-quality service to customers on the sales floor, driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships. The role requires strong menswear product knowledge, attention to visual presentation, and collaboration with the store team to meet sales goals. The Specialist will support clienteling and ensure a seamless shopping experience for guests.
Responsibilities- Deliver individualized styling advice and product recommendations to clients.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and team targets through proactive clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards in the mens department.
- Handle transactions, returns, and customer inquiries accurately and professionally.
- 2+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in menswear.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary and luxury menswear trends and brands.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
