Retail Cashier

DICK’S Sporting Goods is looking for store associates who are passionate about creating a hassle‑free shopping experience for our customers. They will bring in‑depth product knowledge, uphold high brand and execution standards, and prioritize customer needs.

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience
• Demonstrate the ability to genuinely interact with customers, showing passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment to their sport or activity
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation of the best brands in sporting goods
• Promote company programs such as warranty sales, loyalty program, and seasonal promotions
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (associates & customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
• As business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary to support the team and the store

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred
• All teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Targeted Pay Range: $14.00 – $21.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and the position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
