We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about design and have a keen interest in retail sales. The Associate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring that the store layout is optimized for sales.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional appearance in alignment with the company’s dress code and brand image standards.
  • Provide a welcoming, client‑focused environment, delivering top‑tier service across in‑person, phone, and electronic interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to resolve client issues effectively, ensuring positive outcomes for the business.
  • Support the interior design and sales teams in various design projects, contributing to a smooth workflow.
  • Organize and manage the design center and fabric library to ensure easy access and efficient operations.
  • Regularly update all furniture catalogs and price lists to maintain accuracy and current offerings.
  • Assist in various tasks, such as covering reception duties, tagging showroom items, tracking special orders using the in‑house system, and liaising with vendor.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of luxury retail experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
