Game Stop - 360 Connecticut Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests; respond to questions; assist guests with video gaming needs and inform them of promotions;
Assist Store Manager with onboarding and training of store associates, and ensure onboarding and compliance training prior to opening/closing shifts;
Schedule store associates and ensure breaks/meals are accounted for; supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence;
Oversee store inventory, loss prevention, and bank deposits; ensure merchandise is stocked, labeled, and merchandised per guidelines;
Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily; maintain store cleanliness and organization per company guidelines; support sales, profit, and shrink goals; complete required administrative duties
