Summary
The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads a team of Beauty Advisors to provide excellent service, build customer relationships, and sell products in store and online. The role maintains strong product knowledge, high productivity, and compelling merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities- Create an easy, seamless, and engaging in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
- Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
- Lead and supervise Beauty Advisors, ensuring they are welcoming, friendly, engaged, and focused on customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and procedural manuals.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Comfort using computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers to process transactions.
