Position Overview

Production Sales Executive – responsible for selling Kyocera’s Production Print products, primarily the TASKalfa Pro 15000c Production Ink‑Jet system.

Responsibilities
  • Sell Kyocera’s Production Print products with a primary focus on the TASKalfa Pro 15000c Production Ink‑Jet system.
  • Conduct new business development activities as a “Hunter” role, identifying target accounts, prospecting, scheduling client introductions and meetings, and preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications to win new business.
  • Establish relationships with assigned production accounts, market the TASKalfa 15000c benefits and differentiators, manage the sales cycle, and close sales.
  • Aggressively pursue target accounts and present the company’s values and competitive advantages.
  • Perform on‑site needs assessments and deliver client value‑proposition presentations.
  • Participate in High Volume Account Reviews with Sales Management to uncover expansion and upsell opportunities for the TASKalfa 15000c in current accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives and provide customers with the highest standard of support through follow‑up contact, consultation, and product training after the sale.
  • Stay abreast of technological evolution and apply that knowledge to customers and prospects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle across accounts, engaging additional support as needed.
  • Share innovative ideas and best practices that can enhance Kyocera’s competitive advantage in the Inkjet technology market.
  • Effectively manage pipeline and record activity in the assigned CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of Production Print Sales experience.
  • Proficiency in variable print data, production workflow solutions, software, and network applications.
  • Aptitude for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Collaborative and effective teamwork abilities.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent time and territory management skills.
  • Trustworthy and ethical in business dealings.
  • High energy, self‑confidence, self‑motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Workflow software and technology literacy.

  • Ability to engage resources for pre‑sale support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with high‑volume production inkjet devices.
  • Experience with Fiery Print Controllers and software applications.

This is a commissioned sales role that includes a generous variable compensation and incentive package.
