We are looking for driven, dynamic, and energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join us on this exciting journey. You will be focused on accelerating our sales pipeline in the form of prospecting new business opportunities, setting goals, target markets, email blast messaging, and campaign schedules. A key goal is to further expand our advertiser footprint across Hearst Connecticut Media Group, and we are seeking a passionate and high‑energy SDR to play a strategic role in accomplishing this objective.
You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and selling to high‑quality leads that feed directly into our sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute targeted prospecting strategies, engage potential customers, and actively drive new business. The role is hybrid, 3 days a week in the Norwalk, CT office.
