As an Emergency Response Coordinator at A GRADE Property Restoration
, you'll be on the front lines, connecting with homeowners at their most vulnerable moment and helping them take the first step toward rebuilding.

This is a field-based, high-impact outside sales role. You'll be working directly with property owners, managing your own schedule, and driving results across our Northern/Central NJ and tri-state service territory. • Proven outside sales experience — you know how to negotiate, close, and secure signed contracts.
• Comfortable talking with property owners, neighbors, first responders, and competitors on scene.
• Self-starter — strong time management and accountability without daily supervision.
• Resilient under pressure — stays focused through rejection and high-stress situations.
• Reads people quickly and adjusts approach as circumstances shift.
• No degree required.

• Respond to emergency loss sites — assess damage and offer immediate assistance to property owners.
• Sell emergency restoration and construction services, secure signed service agreements.
• Industry specific training provided.
• Explain the restoration process clearly and set realistic expectations with clients.
• Coordinate with office staff on client status, follow-ups, and scheduling.
• Document daily site visits and lead activity.
• Attend weekly morning team meetings at our office.
• Manage your own schedule and route across the service territory.

• Familiarity with property insurance claims.
• Basic understanding of water, fire, or mold remediation.
• Construction, emergency services, or related industry experience.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Full-time expected 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• May require nights & weekends
• Able to work beyond a 40-hour work week as needed to complete goals & responsibilities

Compensation = $100,000 annual salary + 4% on mitigation sales

• During the first 90 days (probationary/training period), compensation is $20/hour. Full commission earnings on any sales closed during this period are still paid in addition to the hourly rate.
