Business Development Executive – Outside Sales

Job Description:

• Focus on prospecting new accounts, cross selling and upselling existing accounts while servicing and maintaining accounts/business.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships, increases sales within the assigned territory and provides excellent service to customers and prospect new accounts.
• Search for potential clients, visit medical complexes and physicians / health care professionals and obtain referrals.
• Identify pharmacies (non-compounders / compounders) and successfully convert their business to Medisca.
• Maintain existing accounts and achieve sales objectives, track territory trends and identify opportunities to generate revenue.

• College or University degree.
• Sales or Science background an asset
• Experience as a pharmacy technician, knowledge of compounding or representative in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in a sales role
• Proven abilities in discovering opportunities, developing strategies and closing sales
• Effective organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills; fluent English (written & oral) required
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook) required
