Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect by using diplomacy and tact;
Aide athletes by ascertaining their needs and directing them to the golf services area that most effectively meets their needs;
Ensure each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products and providing creative solutions;
Demonstrate knowledge of all vendors equipment including heads, shafts, and grips;
Support store services sales by educating the customer on the benefits of club fittings and club repair services available
