What You’ll Do:- Consultative Selling:
Cultivate strong relationships with customers by managing and growing accounts. - Sales Prospecting:
Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory. - Customer Experience Advocate:
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to customers. - Portfolio Management:
Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.
- Up to 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in a similar role within a B2B sales environment, and a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Self-directed, outcome-focused. Take initiative, act decisively, and consistently deliver results.
- A good listener, curious, with a passion for learning about the customers’ needs, solving problems, and winning business.
- Ability to plan and prepare so you can conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 30% annually and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
Home‑based role in Connecticut with regular field travel, including daily customer visits and occasional trips to Massachusetts and Upstate New York.
Pay and Benefits:- The salary range for this position is $69,390 - $80,000 annually with an ability to earn lucrative monthly commissions based on your contribution margin.
