- Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
- Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
- Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
- Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
- Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
- Follow up on company‑provided leads and generate referral opportunities
- Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
- Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals
- Average first‑year earnings between $75,000 and $100,000+ USD (base + commissions)

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in the field while delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (cost of training and licensing covered)
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator
- Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
