• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
• Follow up on company‑provided leads and generate referral opportunities
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals

• Average first‑year earnings between $75,000 and $100,000+ USD (base + commissions)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Sales experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in the field while delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (cost of training and licensing covered)

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
