Provide personalized beauty experiences by helping customers find makeup and skincare products that meet their needs. Build customer loyalty and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
- Book appointments and support sales at beauty events and services.
- Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and keep current on beauty trends and products.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening rewards accounts.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to an inclusive environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
