We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Cleaning Technician to take charge of daily job site operations, deliver outstanding service, and lead by example. With this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for customers and ensure all our clients homes and offices are left their Brightest! It is essential that all jobs, whether it be home and office external washing or holiday lighting, are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Training and equipment will be provided!

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on-site, answering questions and resolving issues
• Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks with all necessary materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform soft washing and holiday lighting installations according to company standards and timelines
• Protect customer property by moving items, covering surfaces, and safeguarding landscaping
• Conduct minor equipment repairs and ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of work vehicles
• Document job progress with before/after photos, update records in the CRM system, and manage invoicing/payment collection
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety protocols and foster a safe work environment

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and lift heavy equipment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Some weekend availability
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
