The OpportunityWe are looking for a licensed, experienced technician who can handle both installation and service work across:
- Burglar alarm systems (Qolsys, DSC, )
- Video surveillance (IP cameras, NVRs, networking)
- Access control systems
- Fire alarm systems
This is a role for someone who wants to:

- Top performers currently earn $40–45+/hour based on experience and performance.
- Install, program, and service alarm, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional installations
- Communicate clearly with customers on‑site
- Complete jobs on schedule and document work performed
- Valid Connecticut low voltage license (L5, L6, C5, or C6)
- 3+ years of hands‑on field experience (installation AND service)
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Punctual and reliable — shows up ready to work every day
- Professional attitude with customers and team
- Self‑sufficient — can run service calls independently
- Detail‑oriented — clean, organized work
- Takes pride in doing the job right the first time
- $35–45/hour based on experience and performance
- Overtime opportunities
