• Check in daily with the Production Manager to review projects, answer questions, and confirm expectations.
• Install replacement windows with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.
• Perform removal of existing windows and ensure proper fit, insulation, and finish work.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite—inside and out—throughout the installation process.
• Complete trim work, sealing, and caulking with attention to appearance and durability.
• Load, transport, and prepare materials for each job as needed.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and complete all end‑of‑job paperwork.
• Represent the Total Remodeling brand and values on every job site.

• Experienced in residential window installation (vinyl experience preferred).
• Skilled in basic carpentry and finish work.
• Able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to doing the job right.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional and respectful manner.
• Licensed and insured, or able to meet these requirements upon hire.
