As an HVAC Service Technician in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will:
Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Work on central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil furnaces, gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems
Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal inspections, and system evaluations
Identify performance issues and present customers with effective repair or upgrade options
Test electrical components, airflow, refrigerant levels, and system safety controls
Complete service reports and documentation using company-provided technology
Ensure all work complies with local regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards
Maintain an organized service vehicle and professional presentation
Deliver outstanding customer service while clearly communicating system findings and recommendations

High school diploma and technical school education
Connecticut HVAC S1, S2, or D2 license preferred
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Mechanical aptitude and a dependable work ethic
Valid driver's license
Authorized to work in the United States
