• Perform a variety of residential maintenance, repair, and improvement projects
• Communicate effectively with customers about project details and expectations
• Provide a reliable and high-quality customer experience
• Manage schedules and complete tasks within deadlines
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat and future business

• Well-rounded handyman experience strongly preferred
• Strong carpentry skills required
• Must own standard tools used daily in the trade
• Ability to estimate task duration accurately
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities
  
  Comfortable working directly with homeowners
• Self‑motivated while also being a strong team player
• 10+ years of professional experience preferred
