We are seeking an Operations Management Trainee Intern (MBA) to work directly with leadership and gain hands‑on experience running a local service business. This is not a traditional internship—you will be embedded in daily operations, contributing to real business outcomes across service, installation, and customer experience.

$18 - $26 an hour
What You’ll Do- Partner with leadership to support day‑to‑day operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines
- Analyze key business metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Work alongside dispatch, technicians, and customer service to understand the full customer lifecycle
- Help improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of frontline team members
- Hands‑on experience operating a multi‑trade home services business
- Exposure to real‑time problem solving in a field‑driven environment
- Direct mentorship from experienced operators
