Customer, Safety, and Access:
Maintain professional, prompt customer service and communications.;
Work Orders:
Receive/acknowledge, execute, update, and close out work orders when directed or authorized by KBS Dispatch/Operations; otherwise provide timely updates, photos, and completion notes.;
Preventive & Routine Maintenance:
Perform preventive maintenance inspections per customer scope and within state guidelines.;
Repairs, Moves, and Site Support:
Repair/adjust doors and closers; change locks/cores; reset door codes as directed by site management/KBS.
