AV Integration Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Installing and servicing hardware equipment such as TVs, speakers, video extenders, and amplifiers.
• Installing and maintaining shades.
• Utilizing diagnostic skills to solve technical issues.
• Continuously learning and mastering new skills in the evolving A/V landscape.

• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Savant, Lutron, Crestron, Sonos, Control 4, and Universal Remote.
• Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A/V field.
• Professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience installing high‑fidelity (HiFi) audio equipment.
• A track record of successful integration and installation support.
• Valid driver’s license.
