- Installing a range of hardware equipment, including TVs, speakers, video extenders, and amplifiers.
- Skilled installation and maintenance of shades.
- Installing, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting low‑voltage cabling (CAT5/6, fiber, coax) and systems like security, access control, and A/V.
- Utilizing excellent diagnostic skills to solve technical issues.
- Continually learning and mastering new skills in the evolving A/V landscape.
- 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Savant, Lutron, Crestron, Sonos, Control 4, and Universal Remote.
- A track record of successful integration and installation support.
- Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A/V field.
- A professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location:
Norwalk, CT / On the Road
Salary Range: $24.00 to $36.00 per hour
Paid Time Off: 13 PTO days (plus +1 day per year of employment)
Paid Holidays: 8 paid holidays
