Serving Westchester and Fairfield Counties
Astacio/Sila is looking for a highly motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving Westchester and Fairfield counties. The role involves providing commercial heating and cooling service, repairs, and maintenance for a range of commercial HVAC equipment, as well as maintaining communication with the office and customers.

- Provide commercial heating and cooling service, repairs, and maintenance, including packaged RTUs, split systems, chillers, heat pumps, boilers, and more.
- Communicate all information to the office by opening/closing jobs in an electronic scheduling system, including job arrival, completion, follow‑up notes, and summaries.
- Obtain customer approval for work and collect payment on-site as appropriate.
- Maintain clean, neat vehicles and job sites, projecting a professional appearance.
- Assume responsibility for trucks, diagnostic tools, and uniforms.
- Serve as a teacher and lead by example to apprentices on the job site.
- Attend group meetings, training sessions, and monthly or special company meetings as needed.
- Use good judgment and self‑control to maintain company and customer confidentiality.
- Establish a sound, positive work relationship with all team members and implement feedback.
