Position
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Norwalk, CT is hiring Drivers (NO CDL REQUIRED).
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate branded automatic transmission, air‑conditioned 18‑26 foot moving truck.
- Provide top‑notch customer service while moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.
- Perform daily truck inspections and complete customer paperwork.
- Weekly pay: $19‑$21 per hour, depending on experience.
- Tips: $200‑$300 per week per person.
- 100% Attendance = Extra Paid Day Offs.
- 401(k) plan.
- Career development program: promotions and raises after 3 months.
- Bonus program: monthly $250 incentive, valuation coverage bonus $50‑$150, $15 per Google review bonus ($50‑$200).
- At least 21 years old with a clean driver's record.
- No CDL required.
- Willing to submit to pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) all day, including stairs.
- Experience driving box trucks or dash trucks is a plus.
