J.B. Hunt is hiring local CDL‑A drivers for Dedicated Contract Services. This position focuses on consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer.
Compensation- $0.595 per mile
- Daily rate: $50 (must work all 5 days to receive)
- Live stop pay: $14 per stop
- Detention: $15 per hour
- Trainee pay: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Annualized earnings for recent drivers: $90,000
- Daily home time
- On‑site management
- Paid online orientation
- PTO accrues from day one
- 401(k) with company match

- $5,000 bonus available for a limited time
Program details apply. Factors influencing annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. The position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance.
