UnityPoint Health’s Family Medicine Clinic in Norwalk, IA is seeking an Experience Specialist/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage front desk responsibilities and ensure a welcoming, efficient registration process during Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-5:30PM and Friday 8AM-5PM.
You will support administrative tasks, assist with paperwork, guide patients, and coordinate with clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and a positive patient experience.
