The property will open as a 42,000 square foot hotel with 83 guest rooms across four stories, featuring amenities including an indoor pool, a patio area, and a local wall mural celebrating Norwalk’s culture. We are seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of this new hotel.

The Hotel General Manager role offers a dynamic leadership opportunity within a well-respected Hilton brand. This position provides the chance to open a newly built hotel, oversee hotel operations, drive financial performance, and create a positive guest experience in a thriving market.

• Lead marketing and promotion efforts to enhance the property’s reputation
• Manage budgets, financial plans, and statistical records
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff
• Achieve profit and operational targets
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and poise
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements

• Proven success as a General Manager (3+ years);
  Hilton brand experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience in group and transient sales processes and forecasting
• A flexible, adaptable leader with a focus on achieving excellence
