Set up and clean all equipment prior to start time to ensure on time start-ups;
Perform quality checks on product and record information to ensure specifications are met;
Monitor spiral freezer operations and address ice buildup to maximize quality and production run length;
Perform sanitation duties to get the system back up and running in a set time period;
Troubleshoot equipment that is not running effectively and report issues to management
