Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and sanitize oven and production equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining product quality, food safety, GMP compliance, and on-time production targets;
Set up and clean all equipment prior to the scheduled start time to ensure on-time start-ups;
Perform quality checks on product and record information to ensure specifications are met;
Monitor spiral freezer operations and address ice buildup to maximize quality and production run length;
Adhere to GMP, safety policies, and report conditions affecting food safety or quality
