Operate computerized process systems including HTST, CIP, and related equipment to ensure optimal production;
Hook up silos, clean silos, mix room, totes, pumps, and UHT press; monitor CIP lines and maintain sanitation;
Maintain safety, sanitary, and USDA-compliant operations; document time/temperature/pressure/flow as required;
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance repairs as needed;
Coordinate with packaging lead to ensure timely startup of production line and maintain accurate logs and reports
