• Medication Support: Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurate Documentation: Keep medication administration records complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Resident Well-Being: Watch for changes or concerns and promptly communicate them to nursing staff.
• Daily Care: Assist residents with daily needs while encouraging independence, dignity, and comfort.
• Meaningful Connections: Build genuine relationships with residents and help make Holland Farms feel like home.
• Teamwork: Work alongside your team to provide personalized, compassionate care every shift.

• Certified & Ready: You have an active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• Caring & Dependable: You genuinely enjoy helping older adults and take pride in providing great care.

• Team-Oriented: You communicate well and enjoy working alongside others.
• Comfortable With Technology: You can use basic computer systems for medication tracking and documentation.
