Assistant Store Manager-Norwalk

Ace Hardware -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the manager and owner in overall store operations and the achievement of company goals and directives;
Supervise the general operations of the entire store;
Open and close the store;
Assist with the implementation of store programs;
Ensure successful Loss Prevention, Safety and Internal Audits;
Work with the owner and manager on all aspects of running the store;
Participate in weekly management staff meetings;
Communicate issues to the appropriate department with Manager approval;
Assist with special projects within the company as set forth by the owner and managers;
Implement standard operating procedures into store execution
