The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the front line of Power Dry’s growth efforts. This role is all about building relationships, creating trust, and generating new referring partnerships across plumbing companies and insurance agents.
What You’ll Do- Identify and establish new referral relationships within:
- Plumbing Companies
- Insurance Agents
- Other Contracting Companies
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through:
- Strategic prospecting and account mapping
- Email campaigns, newsletters, and social media (primarily Linked In)
- In‑person networking events, educational events, etc.
- Relationship Building & Follow‑Up:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new referral partners
- Maintain consistent communication, follow‑ups, and value‑added touchpoints
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve engagement and service
- Education & Brand Promotion:
- Plan and host Lunch & Learn sessions and educational events
- Professionally represent Power Dry at networking events
- Promote the Power Dry brand through face‑to‑face interactions and thought leadership
- Reporting & Performance:
- Track leads, activity, and opportunities using CRM tools
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Use data and insights to continuously improve outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment, job, and revenue targets
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate referral‑based business
- Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Comfortable working independently and thinking creatively
- Technologically proficient (CRM, email, social media, virtual meeting tools)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and regionally
- Must pass a background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay:
First 6 months 65 K for ramp‑up period, then 30 K plus commission afterwards
