• Build client relationships and serve clients with diverse tax needs as a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional.
• Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face and through virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (e.g., tax notice services, audit representation).
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience preparing individual returns.
• Comfort working with virtual tools—video, phone, and chat.
• Excellent communication skills in person, by phone and in writing.
• Ability to meet continuing education requirements and obey all IRS and state regulations.
• High school diploma or higher.

Location:

Norwalk, OH

Compensation: $75,000.00–$90,000.00
