Join Cedar Point's Guest Experience team and help create unforgettable memories at "The Roller Coaster Capital of the World." As a Guest Experience Team Member, you'll welcome and assist guests, answer questions, provide directions, and resolve concerns with a friendly, solutions-focused attitude. You'll support park operations at entry gates, guest services locations, and key attractions while upholding safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
