Provide direct patient care to patient under the direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care;
Assist with self-administered medications and monitor medication handling;
Take accurate vitals (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) and report abnormal results;
Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility;
Document interactions and care provided to ensure continuity of care
