Humana -  - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to patients under the direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care;
Assist the patient with self-administered medications by opening bottle caps and reading labels;
Take accurate vital signs and report abnormal results to supervisor;
Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, skin care, oral care, and nail/foot care;
Document interactions and care rendered to ensure continuity of care; maintain infection control practices
