Provide nutritional assessments and individualized care plans for inpatient and outpatient patients in Ohio. • Assess patients’ nutritional status and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement nutrition interventions
• Educate patients and families on dietary guidelines and healthy habits
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately
• Participate in hospital meetings and continuous education to stay current

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
• Ohio state dietitian license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Internship or supervised practice hours preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a hospital setting
• Strong organizational skills
